We welcome visitors to our manufacturing and show room facility in Topeka, Indiana.
We do close at 3:00 PM so please come early. It is always advisable to call in advance so we can attend to your needs.
You will find that we have a modern production facility. We are off the grid but are powered by a clean propane diesel generator allowing us to weld, cut, shear and bend both carbon and stainless steel.
Best Production Day per Tap = P
Total Number of Taps = T
[P will range between 1 and 2 gallons typically lower numbers are used if you are on buckets or you bush is located in the northern maple zones.]
Number of Hours Available to Boil = H2
Selected Unit Boiling Time = H1
Boiling Rate of Evaporator = B
(T x P) / B = H1
(H1 – H2) = H
If H < O you don’t have sufficient time to complete your task choose a larger evaporator.
If H > O you have a sufficient time to complete your task and can add additional taps.
Other considerations include the addition of Reverse Osmosis and Sap-Raiders
